Underwhelming stay. Needed improvements

buffet breakfastdrainage problemsmissing pillow

the buffet breakfast offered many choices and it was a positive start to each day.

The room i booked, a 'beautiful double or twin room', had some maintenance issues. the bathroom water was overflowing due to drainage problems. also, the promised third bed arrived two hours after check-in and without a pillow. This basic necessity never materialized .
